A wonderful antique French metal locket featuring the word Amitie (friendship) in black enamel surrounded by colourful floral detailing. The locket has its original glass frame inside and fastens securely.
The pendant comes on a lovely gold filled metal chain with a secure bolt ring clasp.
Although the locket fastens securely there is a little gap in the metal around the edge of the frame (Picture 5). The necklace remains in good antique condition overall.
