A beautiful Georgian trilogy brooch set with three amethyst pastes - central cushion cut flanked by two pears pointing away - and a seed pearl border. The paste gemstones rest in cut down "pie crust" settings and display a particularly attractive and vibrant purple hue akin to Siberian amethysts. It's modelled in 15 karat gold throughout and dates from the 1830s.
